Théodore Strawinsky – Un clavier de couleurs

An exhibition to be discovered at the Villa ‘Le Lac’, in Corseaux, from 27 June to 26 September 2026.

On this colour keyboard, Théodore Strawinsky, the son of the famous composer, lets his voice be heard! Literally, since his beautiful oils, gouaches, watercolours, pastels and other graphite drawings presented at Villa “Le Lac” are accompanied by the transcription of two audio recordings made by the painter in the 1980s. To accompany him, the voices of Marie Stravinsky, Sylvie Visinand and Luc-Régis Gilbert, actors and witnesses from the early days, join in. Although the phrase is Le Corbusier’s, it suits Strawinsky’s expression. Between scales and arpeggios, the colour keyboard reveals the convergences and affinities between the two artists.

Un clavier de couleurs, is an exhibition of the finest works by Theodore Strawinsky and a bilingual exhibition catalogue with photographs and several previously unpublished works published by Call me Edouard Publishers.
