‘Conversation(s)’ at Saint-Pierre church in Firminy-Vert
From 14 February to 23 March, discover a photographic exhibition exploring the links between art and architecture at the Site Le Corbusier in Firminy-Vert.
In partnership with the Galerie Ceysson & Bénétière, the Site Le Corbusier is hosting the Conversation(s) exhibition, which presents the photographic work of artist Aurélie Pétrel in two parts: one at the Galerie Ceysson & Bénétière until 1 March, the other at the Saint-Pierre church on the Site Le Corbusier in Firminy, until 23 March.
Aurélie Pétrel’s protean work reveals a constant movement, crossing photography, its production and its exhibition formats. At Saint-Pierre church, she presents a photographic narrative in ‘conversation’ with the space, inviting the public to explore the formal and theoretical research she has carried out in various territories, notably in Firminy, during her residency at the Unité d’habitation in the summer of 2024.
