L’Enfance Radieuse in Val-de-Briey

After Rezé, Nantes, Paris and Chandigarh, the exhibition dedicated to life in the Maison Radieuse of Rezé will be on display at the Unité d’habitation of Briey from 13 March to 15 May 2026.

Produced by ECPAD, the exhibition L’Enfance Radieuse – photographies d’une Unité d’habitation presents the work of photographers Pierre Allard and Jean Suquet. In 1961, they created a pictorial guide to a day in the life of a child. The exhibition invites visitors to explore this typical day by following the rhythm of ‘morning, day, evening’ dear to Le Corbusier’s spatial thinking, three moments that impose distinct arrangements related to light, activity or intimacy.

Produced on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Maison Radieuse in Rezé, the exhibition travels to several Le Corbusier sites. After the Maison Radieuse in Rezé, the Swiss Pavilion at the Cité Internationale Universitaire in Paris and then Chandigarh, it is now on display at the Galerie Blanche in the Unité d’habitation in Briey.
