The Maison Radieuse in Rezé celebrates its 70th anniversary

On 28 and 29 June 2025, rediscover the Maison Radieuse in Rezé as it celebrates its 70th anniversary!

Seventy years on, it stands like a mast in the middle of a ship in Rez. Designed by the architect Le Corbusier, the Maison Radieuse was inaugurated in 1955. It now houses 294 homes, as well as a nursery school nestling 52 metres above sea level.
On 28 and 29 June, the Association of inhabitants of the Maison radieuse is inviting curious visitors to come and celebrate the anniversary of this vertical village, a true emblem of modern architecture.

On the programme: inauguration of a giant fresco, popular dance, brass band, music stage, food truck, children’s workshops…

From 2pm on Saturday 28 June and 12.30pm on Sunday 29 June.
