Conference ‘The values of built heritage’ at the Villa Jeanneret-Perret

The objectives of densification and energy-efficient renovation of buildings are generating controversial projects that sometimes ignore the urban and architectural qualities of towns and villages. Despite their multiplication, inventories of the built heritage seem powerless to influence the urban and construction trends that are taking shape. A slightly different point of view is perhaps necessary. This conference will invite us to attempt an exercise in valuing the built environment in order to better question its foundations and objectives.
